The Scope Of This Order Includes: 1) Successive Deliveries To The Communication Department Of The District Office In Jarosław, For A Period Of 15 Months, Of Certified License Plates And Duplicate License Plates For Marking Various Types Of Vehicles, Made In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force On The Date Of Implementation, I.E. In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of November 8, 2024 On The Registration And Marking Of Vehicles, Requirements For Registration Plates And Templates Of Other Documents Related To Vehicle Registration (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1709, As Amended);2) Collection From The Department Of Transport District Office In Jarosław And Physical Destruction (Cassation), In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Law, Of License Plates Withdrawn From Use And Intended For Scrapping.2.As Part Of The Supplies Constituting The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Deliver: - Ordinary And Temporary Car Plates: Single-Row, Double-Row And Single-Row Reduced, - Car Plates For Electric Or Hydrogen-Powered Cars: Single-Row And Double-Row, - Ordinary And Temporary Car Plates: Single-Row And Single-Row (For Tractors And Trailers), - Ordinary And Temporary Plates: Motorcycles And Tractors, - Ordinary Plates Mopeds, Motorcycle And Moped Plates For Electric Or Hydrogen-Powered Vehicles, Individual Car Plates: Single-Row And Double-Row, Individual Motorcycle, Tractor And Moped Plates, Single-Row And Double-Row Car Plates: Vintage And Professional, Car Plates For Passenger Cars Intended For Sports Competitions, Motorcycle, Tractor And Moped Plates: Vintage And Professional, Additional Ordinary Single-Row Car Plates For The Trunk, Duplicates Of The Above. License Plates.3.Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1) All License Plates And Duplicates Delivered By The Contractor Must Be: A) High-Quality Products, Meeting Applicable Standards And Made In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force On The Date Of Their Delivery, B) Brand New, Never Used Before, Showing No Traces Of Use, Not Affected By Any Physical Defects And Free From Third-Party Rights, C) Packed In Durable And Clearly Described Collective Packaging A25 Or A50;2) License Plates And License Plate Duplicates Supplied By The Contractor Must Have A Current Certificate Confirming The Products Compliance With Applicable Technical Standards Issued By The Certification And Testing Department Of The Motor Transport Institute Or Another Equivalent Document.4.The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty And Quality Guarantee For The Delivered License Plates And Duplicate Plates For The Period Declared In The Submitted Offer, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Plates Or Duplicate Plates Without Any Reservations, Which Cannot Be Shorter Than 24 Month
