3.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Execution Of The Task Titled: “Development Of An Electronic Strategic Noise Map Along With Modernization Of The Noise Monitoring System And Technical Support.” 3.2.The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Area Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Gdynia. The Area Is 391.51 Km2, The Study Area Is 135.2 Km2, The Number Of Plots Is Approx. 52 Thousand, The Number Of Buildings Is Approx. 29 Thousand, Over 238 Thousand. Inhabitants.3.3.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Stages:3.3.1.Stage I: Modernization Of Noise Monitoring In The City Of Gdynia,3.3.2.Stage Ii: Development Of The Electronic Strategic Noise Map Of The City Of Gdynia (Esmhmg) Along With Technical Support And Maintenance Of Noise Monitoring In The First Year And Inclusion Of The Selective Detection Module In The Noise Monitoring System, 3.3.3.Stage Iii Technical Support, Maintaining Noise Monitoring In The 2Nd Year, 3.3.4.Stage Iv Technical Care, Maintaining Noise Monitoring In The 3Rd Year, 3.3.5.Stage V Technical Care, Maintaining Noise Monitoring In The 4Th Year, 3.3.6.Stage Vi Technical Care, Maintaining Noise Monitoring In The 5Th Year.3.4.The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee And Warranty For Defects On The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of Stage I - Modernization Of Noise Monitoring In The City Of Gdynia. 3.5.The Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Annex No. 1 To The Swz), As Well As In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu, Annex No. 9 To The Swz).3.17.
