The Implementation Of This Order Will Enable The Modernization Of The Above-Mentioned Buildings, Which Will Be Intended For Office Space And An Educational Center.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Research Program For The Needs Of Technical Expertise And Ppk, 2) Necessary Structural Excavations - E.G. Foundations, 3) Geotechnical Research, 4) Repair Of Surfaces After Excavations And Tests, 5) Map For Design Purposes, 6) Technical Expertise Of Facilities, 7) Archival Research, 8) Conservation And Architectural Research, 9) Conservation Work Program, 10) Concept Architectural Design,11) Architectural And Construction Design And Land Development Design,12) Obtaining All Necessary Deviations, Arrangements, Permits And Decisions For The Architectural And Construction Design And Land Development Design,13) Obtaining A Conservation Permit To Carry Out Construction Works On A Facility Entered In The Register Of Monuments,14) Obtaining A Building Permit,15) Preparing Technical/Executive Designs,16) Preparing A Building Equipment Design, And, Where Necessary, Also Interior Designs - In The Field Of Hygiene And Sanitary Rooms And The Necessary Built-In Furniture,17) Preparation Of The Bill Of Quantities And The Investors Cost Estimate,18) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.3. The Order Must Be Implemented In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679).5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party At Every Stage Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.6. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Supplemented By The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Contained In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
