The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Light Fuel Oil Within The Meaning Of Art. 2 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On The Fuel Quality Monitoring And Control System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1529), For The National Museum In Warsaw, Branch Of The Museum In Nieborów And Arkadia.Successively Delivered Fuel Oil Must Meet The Requirements Of Technical And Quality Standards Required By Law And Must Be Consistent With The Quality Certificate Issued By The Fuel Manufacturer Or By Entities Authorized To Perform Tests. Delivery Of Approx. 140 M3 Of Light Fuel Oil With The Following Parameters: Delivery Of Light Fuel Oil, In Accordance With The Pn-C-96024:2020-12 Standard, Meeting The Minimum Requirements: A.- Calorific Value Of The Oil - Not Lower Than 42.6 Mj/Kg B. - Ignition Temperature - Not Lower Than 56 º C C. - Sulfur Content - Not More Than 0.10% (M/M) D. - Density At 15 ºc - Not Higher Than 860 Kg/M3 E. - Total Content Of Impurities - Not Higher Than 24 Mg/Kgf. - Water Content - Not More Than 200 Mg/Kg The Amount Of Fuel Oil That The Ordering Party Plans To Order For Delivery During The Term Of The Agreement Is: 140 M3. This Quantity May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, But It Will Not Be Less Than 60% Of The Expected Quantity. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Place Successive Individual Orders For The Supply Of Heating Oil, In The Quantities Specified In The Order, Depending On Current Needs.2.Deliveries Will Be Made To: National Museum In Warsaw, Branch Of The Museum In Nieborów And Arkadia, Aleja Lipowa 35, 99-416 Nieborów.3.The Ordering Party Will Order Individual Deliveries On Average Once A Month.
