1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equipment In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense In The Following Scope: Power Generator 1 Pc. 3-Phase Power Generator 3 Pcs. Inventor Generator 1 Pc. 2) The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Of Its Implementation Are Specified In Detail: A) Technical Specification B) Designed Provisions Of The Contract. 3) If Trademarks, Patents, Origins, Sources Or Specific Processes Characterizing Products, Materials, Solutions Are Indicated In The Order Documents Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Manufacturer Or Standard And Other References Referred To In Article 101 Section 1 Point 2 Or Section 3 Of The Act, They Should Be Treated As Examples, While The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials Or Solutions. Materials, Devices Or Solutions With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required Are Considered To Be Equivalent, And If The Minimum Parameters Have Not Been Specified, It Should Be Understood As Materials, Devices Or Solutions With Similar Parameters, Suitable For The Required Application, Including In Terms Of The Identity Of The Function, Type And Quality Of Materials And Technical Data.4) The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Evidence.5) The Ordering Party Does Not Allows The Submission Of Variant Offers.6) The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor.7) The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks.
