The Facility Has A Dual Purpose And Will Be Located In The Świętokrzyskie Center For Mother And Newborn - Specialist Hospital In Kielce, Ul. Prosta 30. Character Of The Facility: - In Times Of Peace, The Facility Will Function As A Parking Lot, - In Emergency Situations, It Will Be A Separate Zone For The Safe Admission And Stay Of Patients And Hospital Staff (A Place Of Evacuation And Shelter) And A Zone For Basic Procedures. This Zone Has The Necessary Infrastructure (Medical Warehouses, A Treatment Room, Energy Supply Units And Medical Gases) For Patients Staying In The Hospital, Including Injured And Wounded People, And Ensures Business Continuity And Safety - The Facility (Zone) Will Be Connected To The Emergency Shelter Existing In The Hospital. The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Development Of Complete Design Documentation Including The Functional And Utility Concept, Construction And Executive Design, Industry Designs (Electrical, Sanitary, Ventilation And Air Filtration, Emergency Power Supply), Investor Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities, Formal And Legal Arrangements, Opinions And Expertise Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment. - Preparation Of All Documents Necessary For The Ordering Party To Apply To External Authorities For Obtaining All Permits Necessary To Implement The Decision. - Authors Supervision Over Implementation Of Construction Works Described In The Contract Template.
