The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services Consisting In Transport And Pick-Up Of Children From Their Place Of Residence, Located In The City Of Łaziska Górne, To The Senior+ Day Home And The Senior Club, Located At Ul. Cardinal Wyszyńskiego 8 In Łaziska Górne. Delivery And Pick-Up Will Be Provided For The Residents Of The Senior+ Day Home - About 20 People And The Senior Club - About 6 People. The Number Of People Using Transport Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Number Of People Transported In One Day Will Not Exceed 25 People Using The Senior+ Day Home And 15 People Using The Senior Club. The Transport Will Be Carried Out In A Vehicle With A Basic Configuration Of At Least 17 Seats For Passengers, Not Including The Drivers Seat, And Adapted In Accordance With Applicable Regulations To Safely Transport At Least One Person Remaining In A Wheelchair While Driving. It Is Allowed To Use A Vehicle With A Larger Number Of Passenger Seats. Transport Is Not Allowed In A Vehicle With A Basic Configuration Of Less Than 17 Seats For Passengers, Excluding The Drivers Seat. If The Number Of Persons Correctly Registered For A Given Pickup Or Drop-Off Exceeds The Number Of Seats Available In The Vehicle, The Contractor Will Perform An Appropriate Number Of Trips To Transport All Registered Persons Within The Hours Specified In The Opz, Subject To The Maximum Limit Of Billable Kilometers Covered By The Order. This Also Applies To Days When Transport Is Usually Carried Out In One Trip. Kilometers Necessary To Perform Additional Trips, Including Trips Without Passengers Necessary To Pick Up The Next Group, Are Subject To Settlement On The Terms Specified In The Opz, Within The Maximum Settlement Limit Of 12,160 Km. To 8.30 A.M. - Transport Of Residents To The Senior+ Day Home, And From 2.00 P.M. To 3.30 P.M. – Transportation Of Residents From The Senior+ Day Home; Transport Will Be Carried Out Within The City Limits Of Łaziska Górne; • On Tuesdays And Thursdays, Additionally, From 9.00 A.M. To 10.00 A.M. - Transport Of Charges To The Senior Club, And From 12.00 P.M. To 1.00 P.M. - Transport Of Charges From The Senior Club; The Transport Will Be Carried Out Within The City Of Łaziska Górne. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Estimated And Maximum Number Of Settlement Kilometers Covered By The Order Is 12,160 Km In 2027. The Adopted Estimated Number Of Kilometers Results From The Assumption That: • On Mondays, The Contractor Will Perform Approximately 40 Km Per Day - 49 Days, I.E. Approximately 1,960 Km; • On Tuesdays, The Contractor Will Perform Approximately 60 Km Per Day - 52 Days, I.E. Approximately 3,120 Km;• On Wednesdays, The Contractor Will Perform Approximately 40 Km Per Day - 51 Days, I.E.
