The Province Of British Columbia, Represented By The Minister Of Forests Through Bc Wildfire Service (“Bcws”), Invites Proposals From Qualified Proponents To Provide A Confidential And Independent Reporting And Support Service For Bcws Personnel And Stakeholders. The Services Must Include A Dedicated Toll-Free Telephone Intake System And Access To Qualified Professionals, Including Registered Clinical Counsellors, Mediators, And Conflict Coaches, To Assist In Addressing Concerns Related To Personal Safety, Psychological Wellbeing, Workplace Conflict, And Respect In The Workplace.The Successful Proponent Will Be Responsible For Receiving And Managing Reports And Inquiries, Providing Confidential Counselling, Coaching, Consultation, And Conflict Resolution Services, And Identifying And Communicating Recurring Themes, Emerging Trends, And Any Immediate Health Or Safety Risks To The Bcws Ministry Representative On A Scheduled Basis And Upon Request.Further Details As To The Scope Of This Opportunity And The Requirements Can Be Found Within This Rfp.
