Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Works In The Building Of The Town Hall Of The Kalisz City Hall, Divided Into Three Parts

1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Consisting Of Renovation And Arrangement Works Of Selected Rooms In The Building Of The Town Hall Of The Kalisz City Hall At Main Market Square 20 In Kalisz, Divided Into Three Parts: Part 1: Renovation And Arrangement Of Room No. 36 Part 2: Renovation Of The Sanitary Room On The Second Floor Part 3: Renovation Of Corridors And Staircases Stage I - Ground Floor And First Floor Based On The Documents Specified In Point 4.6. Swz. 2. The Material Scope Of Part 1 Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Demolition And Dismantling Works; B) Construction Works, Including: - Laying Stucco; - Painting The Ceiling And Wall Fragments; - Laying Wallpaper; - Renovation And Addition Of The Existing Parquet Floor; C) Delivery, Assembly And Configuration Of Multimedia Equipment; D) Finishing Works; And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order.3. The Detailed Scope Of Work And The Method Of Their Implementation Are Specified In The Design Documentation And The Draft Contract, Which Constitute Annexes To The Swz. Note: In The Scope Of Each Part Of The Order: 1) The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Public Administration Building Entered In The Register Of Monuments. The Contractor Is Obliged To Protect The Historic Substance, Limit The Nuisance For Users And Secure Elements Not Covered By The Renovation.2) All Works Must Be Carried Out With Particular Care And Respect For The Historical Substance Of The Facility: - Prohibition Of Damaging Existing Architectural Details; - Prohibition Of Making Unagreed Grooves And Punctures; - Renovation Of Joinery Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation; - Any Discovery Of Historical Elements Should Be Reported To The Designer And The Ordering Party.3) The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Public Administration Building Entered In The Register Of Monuments, Therefore Special Attention Should Be Paid To: - Protection Of Existing Historical Elements; - Limiting The Nuisance For Building Users; - Maintaining The Continuity Of The Facilitys Operation; - Limiting Noise And Dust Emissions; - Ongoing Maintenance Of Order (After The End Of Each Working Day, The Rooms Should Be Tidy And Materials And Tools Secured); - Staging Of Works Enabling Safe Use Of The Remaining Parts Of The Building.4) The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Utilities (Including Water, Electricity) To Operate The Construction Site During The Implementation Period On Its Own And At Its Own Expense.
