The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction, Installation And Conservation Works Together With Obtaining A Valid Decision For Use As Part Of The Task Renovation, Modernization, Reconstruction, Adaptation And Change Of Use Of Part Of The Ground Floor Of The Building, Reconstruction Of Some Window And Door Openings And Execution Of Internal Water, Sanitary Sewage And Central Heating Installations On The Ground Floor And In The Basement, In The Building At Ul. Kopernika 19, Plot No. 12/23; Rev 0052. For The Needs Of Armk Sp. Z O. O.1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Envisages The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It, In Particular In The Absence Of Receipt Of Funds Or Other Form Of Financial Security From The Municipality Of Kraków.1.2 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Annex No. 10 To The Swz, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz, In Particular The Design Documentation Together With The Arrangements, Stwiorb, Bill Of Quantities And Others).
