Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Prefabricated Two-Seat Chamber Tombs

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Prefabricated Two-Seater Chamber Tombs - 146 Pieces. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 2 (Stwiorb) And Annex No. 2A To Swz (Bill Of Quantities). 2.1. The Location Of The Construction Of The Graves Will Be Determined After The Geodetic Marking Out Made By The Ordering Party. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out Construction Works According To The Schedule Indicated In Chapter Vii Swz.4. The Attached Bill Of Quantities May Be Used By The Contractor Only As Auxiliary Material For The Valuation Of The Lump Sum Remuneration For The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order. Underestimation, Omission And Failure To Recognize The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Cannot Be The Basis For Requesting A Change In The Lump Sum Remuneration. 5. The Offer Should Include The Valuation Of All Accompanying Elements/Services, Indirectly Related To The Works Performed. 6. Construction Works Must Be Carried Out In Such A Way That They Do Not Violate The Dignity Of The Place (Cemetery) And Do Not Disturb Or Violate The Dignity Of Funeral Ceremonies. 7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Secure Access To And Access To Neighboring Burial Places With The Work Being Carried Out. 8. The Geodetic Marking Of The Tombs Will Be Carried Out By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Adopted Development Plan For The Municipal Cemetery. 9. All Building Materials Should Be New, Have The Declarations Or Certificates Of Conformity And Marking Required By Law, And Be Approved For Trading And General Use In Construction In Accordance With The Construction Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended). Amended).10.The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Make Graves In Accordance With The Requirements Described In This Swz And Annexes And Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of March 7, 2008 On The Requirements To Be Met By Cemeteries, Graves And Other Places For Burial Of Bodies And Remains.11.The Selected Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party Strength Calculations For Structures Exposed To Compression, No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Contract. Soil And For Slabs Separating And Covering The Burial Chambers In The Scope Of Reinforced Concrete Materials Of The Tombs From Which The Contractor Will Assemble (Make) The Burial Chambers. 12. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Obtain Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Its Business In The Amount Of At Least Pln 100,000.00 (In Words: One Hundred Thousand 00/100), In Accordance With The Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party In §16 Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Drafted Provisions Of The Contract).
