2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An External Elevator At A Public Building In Nisko At Ul. 3 Maja 32. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Technical Documentation. Works That Were Incorrectly Not Included In The Bills Of Quantities And Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations Or Construction Practice In Order For The Work In Question To Be Completed, Accepted And Fulfill Its Functions Will Not Be Paid. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Offer That The Construction Works And Materials Used/Delivered As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Materials Used Must Have Valid Documents Allowing For Use In Construction, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations.
