1. The Subject Of The Order Is Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road - Wiejska Street In Nowy Dwór Gdański. 2. The Scope Of Work Includes The Reconstruction Of The Entire Road Section. In The Area Covered By The Documentation, The Existing Road Has A Bitumen Surface With A Variable Width Of Approximately 5.00 M. The Road Area Includes Water Supply, Gas, Sewage (Sanitary, Rainwater), Energy And Telecommunications Networks. The Designed Section Of The Road Is Planned To Be Made Of Bituminous Mass. The Width Of The Bitumen Road Will Be 5.00 M. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Construction Works: • Reconstruction Of The Existing Road Surface, • Construction Of A Bicycle Path, • Construction Of A Sidewalk, • Reconstruction Of Existing Exits, • Illumination Of Pedestrian Crossings, • Construction Of Road Lighting, • Construction Of A Water Supply Network, • Construction Of A Technological Canal, • Removal Of Technical Infrastructure Conflicts Related To The Reconstruction Of The Road, • Construction Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings, • Construction Of Roadside Greenery In The Form Of Lawns In The Road Area, • Other, Resulting From The Documentation Design.3.The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Full Scope Of Works That Are Necessary From The Point Of View Of Documentation, Legal Provisions, Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice, To Obtain The Final Effect Specified By The Subject Of The Order, And Therefore Perform The Task Regardless Of Any Difficulties And Unforeseen Circumstances That May Occur During Implementation.4.The Contractor Will Be Fully Liable For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents To Employees And Third Parties Arising In Connection With The Construction Works Carried Out In The Period From The Date Of The Protocol Takeover Of The Construction Site By The Contractor To The Date Of The Protocol Handover Of The Construction Site (Final Acceptance Of The Works).5.The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete Construction Works By The End Of 2026 With A Value Of Not Less Than Pln 200,000.00. The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Performed Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And Bill Of Quantities Of Works As Auxiliary Documents Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Contractor Should Treat The Bill Of Quantities Prepared By The Employer As An Information Document That He May Use, But Is Not Obliged To Do So.
