The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Existing Band Shell In Lubraniec, Together With Facilities And Accompanying Infrastructure, On Plot No. 620/5, 620/22, 620/32, 621/48, 625 Within The Geodetic Area Of ​​The City Of Lubraniec. The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others: Demolition Of Worn-Out Structural And Finishing Elements, Construction Of New Floors And Coverings, Modernization Of The Stage Roof, Thermal Modernization Of The Facade, Replacement Of Windows And Doors With New Ones - Aluminum, Glazed, With Anti-Panic Fittings, And Full Interior Finishing. The Installation Of Modern Lighting, Heating, Sanitary And Multimedia Systems (Stage Truss, Monitoring, Power Points) Is Also Planned. A New Arrangement Of The Back Rooms, Dressing Rooms, Sanitary Facilities And Social Zone Was Designed, Taking Into Account Permanent Equipment And Furniture. The Surroundings Of The Facility Will Be Developed By Building Paved Pedestrian Paths And An Audience Zone, Installing Benches, Baskets And Infrastructure For Mobile Catering, While Ensuring Accessibility For People With Disabilities. The Whole System Is Adapted To High Operational And Aesthetic Requirements, Including Durability Of Min. 15 Years And Resistance To External Conditions.
