12.1. Main Subject. The Subject Of The Construction Project Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Construction Of A Multi-Functional Sports Field, Reconstruction And Change Of Purpose Of Rooms Into Classrooms In The Jarosław Commune. Task Under The Government Program For The Development Of North-Eastern Border Areas 2024-2030 For The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Construction Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field, Reconstruction And Change Of Purpose Of Rooms Into Classrooms In The Jarosław Commune Includes: 1.Construction Of A Multi-Functional Sports Field In Plot No. 237/12, 237/13 In The Town Of Morawsko, At The School And Kindergarten Complex, Including The Reconstruction Of A Training Field With A Mineral-Asphalt Surface Into A Field With A Synthetic Surface, And Construction Of Pedestrian Paths. After The Planned Construction Project Is Completed, The Facility Will Serve Its Current Function As A Sports Facility. The Resulting Pitch Has A Synthetic Surface And Total Dimensions Of 44.0 X 24.0 M, On Which A Football, Volleyball And Basketball Pitch Has Been Designed. The Facility Will Be Complemented By Hardening (Pedestrian Routes). The Multi-Purpose Pitch Will Have Dimensions Of 44.0 M Long And 24.0 M Wide, The Height Of The Ball Catches - 4.00 M, And The Area Of ​​1056.00 M2.Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of Some Rooms In The School And Kindergarten Complex In Morawsko Into Classrooms, Will Be Carried Out On Plot No. 237/12, 237/13 In Morawsko. The Planned Investment Includes: Separating Two Rooms In Place Of The Locker Room Next To The Gymnasium, Adapting Them To The New Function, Replacing Windows And Doors, Constructing Two Doors From The Designed Classrooms To The Corridor, Replacing The Floors In The Rooms, Changing The Use Of Some Rooms For Classrooms. Additionally, The Walls In The Corridor And Gymnasium Will Be Renovated; The Cost Of These Works Will Be Non-Eligible Costs And Will Be Covered From The Jarosław Communes Own Funds. 12.2.The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex No. 7 To The Swz. Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 5 To Swz.12.3.The Requirements (Duties, Tasks, Obligations) Imposed On The Contractor Are Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz And In The Supplementary Scope (I.E.
