The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Supervision And Security Of Real Estate At Ul. Jagiellońska No. 47 L In Warsaw, Which Includes Supervision And Protection Of Parked Vehicles In The Garage And Carrying Out Preventive And Intervention Activities Aimed At Preventing Theft And Destruction Of Property. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take All Necessary Actions To Prevent Crimes Against The Ordering Partys Property, The Property Of Users And To Prevent Damage Resulting From These Events, And Also To Prevent Unauthorized Persons From Entering The Protected Area. In Justified Cases, In Order To Properly Perform The Scope Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use The Support Of Intervention Patrols, As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Contract. The Security Service Will Be Performed By 1 Person On A Continuous Basis. The Maximum Number Of Hours Of Supervision During The Required Period Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is 8,760 Hours For 1 Employee. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Draft Contract - Annex No. 6 To The Swz And The Framework Assumptions For Property Protection - Annex No. 1 To The Contract, Which, Together With The Draft Contract, Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract.
