The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Server In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3.In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Would Include Any Proper Names, Names Of Manufacturers, Brands, Models, Types Of Devices, Trade Markings Or Other Terms That May Indicate A Specific Manufacturer Or Product, If They Appear In This Specification, They Are Included Only To Clearly Define The Required Parameters, Functionality Or Technical Standard Of The Subject Of The Order And Are Not Intended To Indicate A Specific Manufacturer, Model Or Restrict Competition. The Requirements Regarding Technical, Functional, Operational Parameters And The Required Quality Specified In The Specification Are Binding On The Contractor. If The Description Contains Names That May Suggest A Specific Manufacturer, Brand Or Model, They Should Be Treated As Exemplary Or Auxiliary Terms, Intended Only To Illustrate The Required Level Of Parameters And Functionality. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions That Meet The Requirements Set Out In This Specification, And Solutions That Provide At Least The Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters Required By The Ordering Party Are Considered Equivalent. The Above Provisions Do Not Change The Fact That The Minimum Parameters And Requirements Specified In The Specification Are Binding.
