The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Offer Must Cover The Execution Of The Entire Subject Of The Order.4. The Ordering Party Indicates The Following Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts (Article 91(2) Of The Public Procurement Act): - The Contract Was Not Divided Into Parts Due To The Homogeneous Nature Of The Service Constituting The Subject Of The Contract. This Service Must Be Provided Comprehensively To Maintain The Purpose It Is Intended To Serve, I.E. Production And Delivery Of A Publication With Specific Content And Form. Moreover, Division Into Parts Would Not Bring Any Benefits In The Form Of Saving Public Funds, And Would Require The Ordering Party To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors (E.G. Project Contractor, Printing House, Etc.), Which Could Jeopardize The Proper Execution Of The Contract. 5. Requirement Of Employment Based On An Employment Contract. 1) Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor Or Sub-Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing The Following Activities Within The Scope Of The Contract: - Printing Guides; - Packing Printed Guides.2) The Employment Referred To In Point 1 Should Last Throughout The Period Of Performance Of The Activities To Which It Relates. 3) The Employment Referred To In Point 1 Applies Only To Persons Directly Performing The Above-Mentioned Works. It Does Not Apply To Persons Who Manage The Above-Mentioned Activities.
