Jagodowa - Design Concept, Which Includes The Preparation Of Documentation In The Scope, Form And Quantity Indicated In §5 Section 1 Of The Contract Template Along With Obtaining, Among Others: - A Decision On Environmental Conditions, - Arrangements With Tauron Dystrybucja, - Arrangements With The Municipal Roads Authority, - Arrangements With The Polish Football Association, - Conditions For Connection To The Water Supply Network, Sanitary Sewage System, Electricity Network And Telecommunications Network. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, 2) The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz, 3) Specification Of The Terms Of The Order. The Amount That The Ordering Party Intends To Allocate For The Execution Of The Order Is Pln 300,855.32 Gross. The Ordering Party Informs That The Amount As Above. Is Not The Same As The Estimated Value Of The Order. If Any Documents Used To Describe The Subject Of The Order Refer To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions In Each Such Case. Required Warranty Period: In Accordance With § 8 Of The Contract Template.
