Preparation Of One Appraisal Report Determining The Value Of Land Properties Marked As Plots 1/34 With An Area Of 2.8087 Ha, Area 274 And 1/44, Area 15.7980 Ha Of Area 274 In Order To Determine The Annual Fee For Perpetual Usufruct Of The Above-Mentioned. Plots. The Component Parts Located On The Plots In Question Are Not Subject To Valuation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Actively Participate In The Proceedings Conducted By The Local Government Board Of Appeals (Court) In The Event Of An Appeal Against The Decision Determining The Amount Of The Annual Fee For Perpetual Usufruct. An Appropriate Report Should Be Prepared From The Inspection Of The Property, Which Should Be Attached To The Report. The Valuation Report Should Be Prepared In One Printed Copy. The Appraisal Report Should Include Photographic Documentation Of The Property Being Valued - Min. 2 Pieces Of Photographs With Dimensions Of Min. 9 X 13 Cm. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An Update Of The Appraisal Report If It Is Found That The Value Of The Real Estate Presented In The Appraisal Report Has Changed Before The Expiry Of The Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Its Preparation And - If It Is Found That The Value Of The Real Estate Has Not Changed After 12 Months From The Date Of Preparation Of The Appraisal Report - To Confirm Its Validity. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With An Indication Of The Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Components Comprising The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
