1) The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of Municipal And Internal Roads Managed By The Mayor Of The Strzyżewice Commune In The Strzyżewice Commune In The Scope Of Snow Removal And Combating Winter Slipperiness In The Winter Season 2026/2027. 2) The Scope Of Winter Road Maintenance Services Includes: A) Removing Snow Over The Entire Width Of The Road (So As Not To Cause Narrowing), B) Ensuring Continuous Road Passability, C) Preparing Materials To Combat Slipperiness, D) Combating, I.E. Preventing And Eliminating Winter Slipperiness By Using Roughening Materials, E) Maintaining The Readiness Of People And Technical Means Ensuring The Commencement Of Snow Removal, Sprinkling And Snow Removal With Sprinkling Of Roads. 3) Winter Road Maintenance Campaign In The Commune Strzyżewice Are The Roads Listed In Point 10 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Mileage Given Above Is Approximate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Introduce Additional Road Sections Into The Winter Season And Verify Their Length. 4) Material And Quality Requirements. A) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Services With The Following Vehicles: For Removing Slipperiness And Snow Removal On Municipal Roads With Asphalt Surfaces, By A Truck With A Plowshare And A Sandblaster In The Amount Of At Least 2 Pieces At A Time, On Roads With Aggregate Surfaces: An Agricultural Tractor With A Power Of Min. 120 Hp, Equipped With A Two-Axle Drive With A Blade Plow And A Gritter In The Amount Of At Least 1 Piece. In Addition, The Contractor Must Have Equipment For Snow Removal In Difficult Conditions, I.E. An Agricultural Tractor With A Power Of At Least 160 Hp With A Bow Plow In The Amount Of 1 Piece, A Backhoe Loader With A Power Of At Least 105 Hp In The Amount Of 1 Piece And A Road Grader In The Amount Of 1 Piece B) For Snow Removal And To Remove Winter Slipperiness, Only Road Vehicles And Machines Registered And Approved For Use On Public Roads And Equipped With A Yellow Warning Light Signal In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On The Registration And Marking Of Vehicles, Requirements For License Plates And Templates Of Other Documents Related To Vehicle Registration (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1709) May Be Used By The Contractor. C) To Prevent And Mitigate Winter Slipperiness Will Be Used.
