The Subject Of The Order Is The Management Of Waste With Code 15 01 06 - Mixed Packaging Waste Or, Alternatively, 15 01 02 - Plastic Packaging From The Municipal Waste Processing Installation In Giedlarowa, Giedlarowa 778 B, Leżajsk Commune In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012 (Journal Of Laws 2023) Item 1587, As Amended) And Other Legal Provisions In This Regard. The Total Weight Of Coded Waste To Be Managed Will Be A Maximum Of 1,000 Mg Within 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But Not Less Than 700 Mg.
