The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Water Supply Network 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Preparation Of A Complete Construction Design - Developed According To. Applicable Regulations Enabling Comprehensive Investment Implementation. B) Preparation Of The Bill Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimate, Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works C) Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions The Investment Area Is Partially Covered By The Applicable Local Development Plan (Annex To The Procedure), For The Remaining Part A Decision On The Location Of A Public Purpose Is Required (Administrative Proceedings Are In Progress), The Contractor Will Prepare An Application For Obtaining A Permit For Archaeological Research, While Obtaining A Building Permit And A Permit For Archaeological Research Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. 3. Documents That Will Be Provided To The Contractor By The Ordering Party After Signing The Contract: A) Situational And Elevation Map For Design Purposes (In Paper And Electronic Form - Digital Version) B) Technical Conditions For Connection To The Water Supply Network And Sanitary Sewage System C) Power Of Attorney4.The Planned Network Will Run On Roads Within The Resources Of The Gniezno Commune.
