1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Repair Of Technically Worn-Out Devices Included In The Multimedia Fountain Park On The Square Of The 1St Armored Division Of The Polish Army In Warsaw. The Works Included In The Subject Of The Order Consist In The Delivery, Replacement And Implementation Of Devices In The Multimedia System - Light-Water-Sound In A Way That Allows Proper Use Of All Functions Of The Fountain Complex.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Following Documentation: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex To The Swz; 2) Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex To The Swz; 3) Bid Cost Estimate For Information And Auxiliary Purposes - Annex To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Bid Cost Estimate Based On The Bill Of Quantities Provided By The Ordering Party, No Later Than On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract - In Accordance With § 4 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Contract. This Cost Estimate Will Serve As The Basis For Any Changes To The Contract Consisting In Increasing Or Reducing The Scope Of Works, As Well As For Determining The Value Of The Works Performed In The Event Of Withdrawal From The Contract.
