1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Furniture - Desks And Under-Desk Containers, Hereinafter Referred To As Furniture. The Furniture Offered Must Be Brand New And Unused, Come From Current Production (Year Of Production - Not Earlier Than 2025), Have Appropriate Certificates And Approvals Allowing The Furniture To Be Sold And Used In The Republic Of Poland, In Particular The Furniture Should Be Manufactured Based On The Production Standards Specified In The Iso 9001:2015 Or Equivalent Standard. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Free Warranty Service For The Furniture. 2) 2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: Purchase Of Furniture Along With Its Delivery To The Ordering Party, Unloading, Bringing It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As Assembly. Assembly Should Be Understood As The Installation Of Complete And Ready-To-Use Furniture, Taking Into Account Its Adaptation To The Rooms In Which It Will Be Used And To The Elements Located In These Rooms. The Assembly Will Be Preceded By Appropriate Measurements At The Contractors Expense And Will Consist In Particular In Setting, Hanging Or Leveling Individual Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
