Tenders Are Invited For Successful Delivery Of Consumables I.E. Oils, Greases, Fluids, Etc. Divided Into Parts

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Oils In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Quantities Contained In Annex No. 2A To Swz.2. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Mutual Exchange Of Quantities Within The Range Of Products Listed In Annex No. 2A To The Swz, Up To The Value Of The Offer Submitted By The Contractor - Regarding Part I, Provided That The Change In Quantity (Increase) For A Given Item Will Not Exceed 20% Of The Original Quantity Indicated In The Above Annex.3. The Quantities Of The Subject Of The Order Given In Annex No. 2A To The Swz Are Estimates And, Therefore, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantities Within The Scope Of The Contractors Offer In Accordance With Section 2 Of This Chapter, And The Contractor Undertakes To React Flexibly To The Reduction Of The Order Placed By The Ordering Party, Taking Into Account The Maximum Value Indicated In The Contractors Offer. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Claim For Full Implementation Of The Contract Or A Claim For Compensation Due To A Possible Reduction Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. The Ordering Party Guarantees That The Minimum Value Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be 70% Of The Total Remuneration Specified In The Contract.5. The Contractor Should Be Able To Make Deliveries Immediately After Concluding The Contract.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Name Of The Manufacturer Of Each Product Offered In Annex No. 2A To The Swz.7. The Offer Should Include The Valuation Of All Accompanying Services, Indirectly Related To The Delivered Deliveries, I.E. In Particular: A) Carrying Out Deliveries On Working Days From 7:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. Using A Vehicle Equipped With An Unloading Elevator, At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor, To The Ordering Partys Warehouse Located At Ul. Bieławin 5 In Chełm; B) Unloading And Placing The Ordered Assortment In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Partys Warehouse Staff; C) Free Provision Of All Necessary Containers (Without Provision Costs) In Which The Materials Constituting The Subject Of The Proceedings Will Be Delivered And Collection Of Return Containers At The Companys Own Expense. In The Event Of A Packaging Defect, Replacing Them With Undamaged Ones At Your Own Expense; D) Providing The Safety Data Sheets For All Products Indicated In Annex 2A To The Swz Together With The First Delivery, Systematically Updating (In The Event Of Changes Or Obsolescence). The Ordering Party Allows An Electronic Version For Safety Data Sheets.8. All Consumables Listed In The Contractors Offer Should Be Approved For Trading And General Use In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In The Republic Of Poland.9. The Rules Of Ordering, Settlement And Payment Are Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.10. The Ordering Party Allows For The Submission Of Partial Offers In Accordance With The Division Into 3 Parts Indicated In Section 1 Of
