4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Award Of An Order For Winter Maintenance Of Roads Managed By The Municipality Of Hajnówka, Understood As An Active Action, From November 1, 2026 To February 28, 2027.4.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Clearing Snow From Streets, Sidewalks, Pedestrian Crossings, Bicycle Paths, Parking Lots, Bus Stops And Public Transport Stopping Places As Well As Places Used By Disabled People Along The Entire Length And Width To Obtain A Clean Surface, B) Removing Winter Slipperiness And Black Ice By Sprinkling With Roughening Materials (Sand) And Defrosting Materials (Salt-Sand Mixture), C) The Contractor Should Pay Special Attention To The Winter Maintenance Of Roads Care When Clearing Snow From Places Used By Disabled People, D) It Is Prohibited To Remove Snow From The Road Onto Adjacent Sidewalks, The Removed Snow Should Be Left On The Edge Of The Curb With The Road, With Particular Emphasis On Critical Points Such As Road Intersections, Pedestrian Crossings, Bus Stop Bays, E) Snow Embankments Created During Snow Removal From Streets Along Parking Lots, Pedestrian Crossings, Public Transport Stops Should Be Removed Hours 600 In The Morning, F) When Clearing Snow, Pay Attention Not To Damage Curbs On Roads And Lawn Edges On Sidewalks And Small Architectural Objects, G) Be On Duty 24 Hours A Day With Equipment And Transport Ready, H) Perform Necessary Activities Related To Winter Road Maintenance Using The Contractors Equipment, I) Ensure The Purchase And Transport Of Materials Necessary To Remove Slipperiness And Black Ice And The Place Where These Materials Will Be Stored, J) Provide The Telephone Number Open 24 Hours A Day, To Which You Can Report Any Irregularities, K) In The Event Of Black Ice, Work Should Be Carried Out During Rainfall Until The Pavement Surface Is In A Condition That Guarantees Safe Movement Of Pedestrians, And Completed Within 2 Hours After The Rainfall Stops. The Total Weight Of The Vehicle Together With All Accessories Working In The Maintenance Of Sidewalks Should Not Exceed 3.5 Tons, L) Each Time The Ordering Party Is Notified By Phone Or E-Mail About The Commencement Of Active Action.4.3. The Detailed Scope Of Work Covered By The Order Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
