Tenders Are Invited For Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The 2026-2027 Season In The Solina Commune

Part No. 1: Winter Road Maintenance In The Following Cities: Bereżnica Wyżna, Wola Matiaszowa, Berezka. Length Of Roads To Be Maintained: 11,295 Km. Winter Road Maintenance Should Be Understood As A Set Of Activities Aimed At Reducing Or Limiting And Ultimately Eliminating Traffic Difficulties And Disruptions Caused By Unfavorable Atmospheric Phenomena Occurring In Winter (Winter Slipperiness, Snowfall). The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract With The Utmost Care, In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, Swz, Currently Applicable Regulations, Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing These Standards, And In The Absence Of Them, From The Legal Acts Specified In Art. 101 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Using Materials With Appropriate Technical Approvals. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In A Way That Does Not Threaten The Safe Use Of Roads. Snow Will Be Removed By Scraping The Snow Cover Over The Entire Width And Length Of The Road. The Cleared Snow Must Not Prevent Or Impede Vehicle Traffic, Especially At Intersections, Entrances, Exits, Bus Stops And Places Intended For Pedestrian Traffic. Slipperiness Will Be Combated With Roughening Material (Sand) By Sprinkling Sections Of Roads And Sidewalks In Dangerous Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Undertakes To Clear Snow From The Entire Width Of Sidewalks In Such A Way That Pedestrian Crossings Are Not Blocked By Snow, Preventing Or Impeding The Free Passage Of Pedestrians Through The Streets. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order: A) Using Its Own Materials (Roughening Material - Sand) - With Appropriate Approvals, Certificates Or Declarations Of Conformity, And Equipment Approved For Movement On Public Roads, B) Using The Potential At Its Disposal (Work Of People And Equipment), Guided By The Principles Of Rationality Of Their Use, In A Way That Ensures Compliance With Legal Provisions And Road Safety Rules, C) By Securing An Appropriate Supply Of Roughening Material (Sand) Sufficient For The Proper Maintenance Of Roads Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, D) By Remaining On Constant Readiness And Providing Technically Efficient Equipment Enabling The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 3 (Parts 1-5) To The Swz, The Terms Of Contract Implementation Are Described In Annex No. 4 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
