1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Set Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Building Of The Zus Branch In Nowy Sącz Located At Ul. Węgierska 11, For The Modernization Of The Fire Alarm System (Ssp) And Access Control System (Kd), Together With The Necessary Modernization Of The Electrical Installation For This Purpose, Together With The Authors Supervision, As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Ssp And Ac And Replacement Of Fire Protection Doors - Branch Office/Nowy Sącz, Ul. Węgierska 11. 2. The Ordering Party Envisages The Following Stages Of Order Execution: 2.1. Stage 1 Includes The Preparation Of: A) Detailed Designs Along With A Detailed Inventory To The Extent Necessary To Develop Documentation (Including The Construction, Electrical, Telecommunications Industry) For The Adaptation Of Rooms (Replacement Of Fire Door Parts) And Cable Routes For The Modernization Of The Fire Alarm System (Ssp) And Access Control System (Kd), And With The Necessary Modernization Of The Electrical Installation In Accordance With The Applicable Technical Standards At The Social Insurance Institution, Provided That That Separate Designs Of Each Fire-Fighting Device Will Be Prepared And Agreed In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of August 5, 2023 On Agreeing On The Development Design Of A Plot Or Area, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design And Fire-Fighting Device Design In Terms Of Compliance With Fire Protection Requirements, B) Investors Cost Estimate For The Full, Designed Scope Of Works, C) Bills Of Quantities For The Full, Designed Scope Of Work Works, D) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 2.2. Stage 2 Includes Providing The Ordering Party With The Final Version Of The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Within 2 Days Of Notifying The Contractor Of The Ordering Partys Acceptance Of The Documentation Referred To In Stage 1.2.3. Stage 3 Includes Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Documentation.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Design Documentation Constituting The Subject Of The Order Is Prepared By Persons With Appropriate Authorizations, Qualifications And Experience Required For The Scope Of Design Work Performed, Including: 3.1. In The Scope Of Developing The Technical Design And Executive Design Of Telecommunications Installations, I.E. The Access Control System (Skd) - By Persons With Construction Qualifications To Design In The Field Of Telecommunications And Construction Qualifications To Design Networks, Installations, Electrical And Power Equipment, As Well As Entry On The List Of Qualified Technical Security Employees, 3.2. In The Scope Of Developing The Technical Design And Executive Design Of The Ssp Installation - By Persons With Construction Qualifications In The Installation Specialty In The Field Of Telecommunications
