The Subject Of This Order Is The Professional Performance Of Activities Related To Management, Control And Investor Supervision At The Stage Of Work Implementation, Warranty Period And Quality Guarantee - On Construction Works Carried Out As Part Of A Public Procurement Covering The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Renovation Of The Kępiński Palace In Żywiec - Moszczanica, In The Scope - Part Of Order No. 1 - Stages I And Ii Of Works.2. The Detailed Scope Of Both Parts Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz).3. The Ordering Party Requires That Inspections Of The Construction Site Take Place From 1 To 5 Times A Week, On Weekdays. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Bid Form How Many Inspections He Will Make Of The Construction Site During The Term Of The Contract.4. In Order To Perform The Above Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Indicate Any Activities Within The Scope Of The Order For Which It Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract.
