Tenders Are Invited For Providing Care Services To Residents Of The City Of Lubartów

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services To The Residents Of The City Of Lubartów, In Their Place Of Residence, In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027, Pursuant To Art. 50, 50A And 50B Of The Social Assistance Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Items 639, 974 And 986).2.The Estimated Number Of Hours Of Care Services During The Period Of Execution Of The Order Is 13,000 Hours, With An Option To Increase It By A Maximum Of 500 Hours, And The Estimated Number Of People Covered By The Services Is 60 People (The Services Are Planned To Cover Adults, The Ordering Party Reserves That During The Execution Of The Order It May Commission Services For Minors, Depending On The Needs).3.Due To The Impossibility Of Precisely Determining The Size Of The Order Due To Its Specificity, Which Is Characterized By The Variability Of The Needs Of People Requiring Assistance, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Hours Of Services Or Persons Covered By The Services. In Such A Case, Payment Will Be Made For The Services Actually Provided And This Cannot Constitute The Basis For Financial Claims On The Part Of The Contractor.4.The Value Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Product Of The Offer Unit Price Of The Service Provided By The Contractor And The Estimated Number Of Hours Of Service, Where 1 Hour Should Be Understood As Clock Hour, I.E. 60 Minutes. The Time Of Providing Services Means The Time Of Performing The Ordered Scope Of Services, The Time Of Providing Services Does Not Include The Time Of Travel Or Reaching The Place Of Their Provision. 5. The Provision Of Care Services Includes A Standard Consistent With Art. 50 Section 1A Of The Act On Social Assistance Of March 12, 2004 (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Items 639, 974 And 986) And § 2 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of August 4, 2026 On Care Services At The Place Of Residence (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1067), This Scope Of Services Is Described In Annex No. 11 To Swz.6.Services Referred To In § 2 Point 1 Lit. A Second And Third Indent, Letter C, First Indent, Point 2(A). A, D, E And Point 3 Letter A Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of August 4, 2026 On Care Services In The Place Of Residence, May Be Provided To People Requiring Them At Various Times Of The Day And In Accordance With The Needs, 7 Days A Week From 6.00 A.M. To 9.00 P.M., Excluding Holidays. In Cases Justified By The Need To Provide Care Services Uninterrupted, Services May Also Be Provided On Holidays. 7. In The Cases Referred To In § 2 Point 1 Lit. C, First Indent And Point 2(A). B Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of August 4, 2026 On Care Services At The Place Of Residence (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1067), The Ordering Party May Indicate, By Way Of An Administrative Decision, That Care Services Should Be Provided To Persons Requiring Them By Two Persons At The Same Time.
