The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Disinfection Washing Services Along With Transport And Comprehensive Service For The Hospital In Kamień Pomorski Sp. Z O. O. - Hereinafter Referred To As The Service. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires: A) To Perform The Services Constituting The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Principle Of Diligence In This Respect, In Accordance With The Act Of December 5, 2008 On Preventing And Combating Infections And Infectious Diseases (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1675, As Amended). As Amended B) Perform The Services That Are The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Recommendations Of The Chief Sanitary Inspector, The National Institute Of Public Health, The National Institute Of Hygiene And The Institute Of Mother And Child And Using Specialized Equipment Guaranteeing High Quality Of Services And With The Help Of Highly Qualified Staff Experienced In Performing Services Of This Type, C) Use Only High-Quality Washing And Disinfecting Agents Approved For Trading In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Approved By The Ordering Party, Not Causing Reactions Allergic Reactions And Destruction Of Washed Linen (Disinfectants - Entered Into The Register Of Biocidal Products), D) Perform Microbiological Tests Of Clean Linen At Your Own Expense And Provide The Ordering Party Without A Separate Request, Once A Quarter, No Later Than The Last Day Of The Month In A Given Quarter, The Results Of At Least 5 Microbiological Tests Performed At The Place Of Service Provision, Means Of Transport And Storage Place, E) Provide The Ordering Party, Without A Separate Request, With A Protocol By The Last Day Of Each Month, Without A Separate Request Chamber Disinfection Of The Transferred Material,
