A. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Street Workout Zone On The Playground At Ul. Surzyckiego B. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Następujące Prace:1.Dismantling The Current Polyurethane Safety Zone Along With The Substructure;2.Disassembly Without Damage To The Existing Street Workout Set;3.Delivery Of A New Street Workout Set In Accordance With The Pn-En 16630:2015-06 Standard Or Equivalent Standards, Including Assembly;4.Construction Of A New Safe Surface Made Of Polyurethane;5.Performing Cleaning Works;C.Moreover, As Part Of The Order In Question, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Keep The Ordering Party Informed About The Status Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular Before Performing Works That Disappear Or Are Covered, In A Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Check The Correctness Of Their Execution. In Particular, The Following Stages Of Work Are Subject To Mandatory Reporting: Prepared Bed, Made And Compacted Layer Of Crushed Stone, Made And Compacted Layer Of Sand, Reinforced Concrete Slab Before Pouring Concrete, Embedding And Concreting Of The Street Workout Sets Structural Columns, Made Concrete Slab Before Proceeding With Subsequent Layers Of The Surface, Made Et Layer And Made Sbr Layer. If The Contractor Fails To Fulfill The Obligation To Report A Given Stage Of Work And Doubts Arise As To The Correctness Of Its Execution, The Ordering Party May Request The Discovery, Dismantling Or Re-Performance Of These Works At The Contractors Expense And Risk, Without The Contractors Right To Extend The Contract Execution Deadline; B) Securing The Work Area Against Access By Unauthorized Persons, In Particular Children, And Marking The Work Site In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of Area Users And Third Parties; C) Tidying Up The Area After Completing All The Works, Leveling The Area, Filling Any Gaps With Soil Fertile In Places Requiring Such Treatment, Restoration Of Damaged Turf And Lawns And Management Of Rubble, Soil And Other Waste At Your Own Expense, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; D) If Necessary, Sowing With Grass In Places Disturbed In Connection With The Implementation Of Works; For The Sowing Performed, The Contractor Grants A 12-Month Warranty Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including In Particular The Obligation To Re-Sow Or Replenish Places Where The Grass Has Not Grown, Died Or Was Performed Improperly For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor; E) Repair Of Any Damages And Damages Incurred In Connection With The Execution Of The Contract, In Particular Damage To The Surface, Pedestrian Routes, Greenery, Devices, Installations And Other Land Development Elements, At The Contractors Own Expense And Within The Period Specified By The Ordering Party; F) Ensuring, At Its Own Expense, Transport, Equipment, Tools, Devices, Materials, Facilities And Personnel Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Contract.
