The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service For The Management Of Segregated Waste From Residential Areas Of The Mosina Commune And The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In Mosina From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But No Later Than The Date Of Signing The Contract By December 31, 2026, Consisting Of: 1) Accepting Municipal Waste At The Place Indicated And Provided By The Contractor For Accepting Municipal Waste From The Municipal Waste Collection Operator, In In A Manner Consistent With The Law And The Requirements Arising From The Procurement Documents, 2) Processing The Accepted Municipal Waste In The Recovery (R) And/Or Disposal (D) Processes, In The Municipal Waste Management Site Indicated And Provided By The Contractor, In A Manner Consistent With The Law And The Requirements Arising From The Procurement Documents, 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Subject (Initiate The Process) The Accepted Waste To The Recovery (R) And/Or Disposal (D) Processes Immediately After The Date Of The Last Transfer Municipal Waste, However, No Later Than 70 Days From The Date Of The Last Transfer. 4) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party, No Later Than January 15 After The End Of The Calendar Year, In Writing And Electronically: A) Information Confirming The Type Of Recovery Process Of The Received Waste And B) The Amount Of Products Or Waste Generated From Them, Indicating The Final Installation To Which They Were Sent (Name, Bdo Number And Mpd Number) Along With The Final Recovery (Recycling) Process To Which They Were Subjected, Including The Amount Of Waste Subjected To The Process Disposal At A Waste Landfill; C) The Amount Of Waste That Has Not Undergone The Processing Process, But Has Been Stored And Will Be Processed At A Later Date. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Document Confirming The Level Of Recovery/Recycling Immediately After Receiving From The Final Recycler A Copy Of The Dpr (Document Confirming Recycling) And/Or Edpr (Document Confirming Recovery) Documents From The Final Recycler, 5) Fulfillment Of Reporting And Information Obligations, 6) Fulfillment Of Obligations Guaranteeing The Ordering Party Is Provided With The Possibility Of Exercising Control And Verification Rights, 7) Performing Services And Obligations Related To The Services Specified Above In Points 1 - 4 - Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The Municipal Waste Management Service.
