Both Wet And Dry Cutting And Milling Methods.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 3.1 - Opz3.The Detailed Scope Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Is Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4. If, In The Contractors Opinion, The Provisions Of The Specification Are Unclear, Incomplete, Imprecise Or Incorrect, The Contractor May Request The Ordering Party To Clarify The Content Of The Swz In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Art. 284 Of The Public Procurement Law. If The Ordering Party Specifies In The Opz That A Given Element Is To Have Specific Features, This Element Is To Work Effectively With These Features And Not Only Have Such A Theoretical Possibility In A Configuration Other Than The One Supplied. The Features Required In The Specification (Opz) Are Minimum Parameters.7.The Delivered Item Must Be Brand New, Not Exhibited At Exhibitions, Complete And Technically Functional. The Statement Brand New Should Be Understood As The Subject Of The Order In Its Original Packaging, Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding Use Necessary To Test Its Correct Operation After Production. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties. The Deadline For Implementing The Agreement For Each Task Is Up To 8 Weeks (56 Days For Each Task) From The Date Of Signing The Agreement, But, Due To The Implementation Of The Project, No Later Than December 18, 2026.
