1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Console To Operate The Lighting Of The Auditorium Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Police. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 Of The Swz, Which Is The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz).3.The Subject Of The Order Will Include In Particular: • Purchase And Delivery Of A Console To Operate The Lighting Of The Mok Auditorium In Police, • Transport At The Contractors Expense And Risk, • Packaging, Unloading, Bringing To The Delivery Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, • Providing The Ordering Party With A License Free From Legal Defects In Relation To Those Equipment Elements Which, Pursuant To The Provisions Of Annex No. 1 Of The Swz, Require The Software/Other Programs Dedicated To The Console Indicated Therein. Unless The Content Of Appendix No. 1 Of The Swz Provides Otherwise In A Specific Case, The Scope Of The Required License Includes A Perpetual License;• Granting The Ordering Party A Warranty For The Equipment Offered, Delivered And Issued To The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Equipment For A Period Not Shorter Than The Period Indicated In Annex No. 2 Of The Swz. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide (Enter) In The Bid Form: Name, Symbol Or Catalog Number Or Other Identifying Marking That Clearly Defines The Offered Equipment In Order To Check Its Compliance With The Opz. The Contractor May Refrain From Providing The Product Catalog Number If The Product Offered Does Not Have Such A Number, But Must Describe It In Such A Way That It Is Possible To Assess Whether It Complies With The Customers Requirements. The Above Data Constitutes The Substantive Content Of The Offer And Will Not Be Supplemented. Offers That Omit This Data Will Be Rejected. In The Course Of Examining And Evaluating The Offers, The Ordering Party May Request Explanations From The Contractors Regarding The Content Of The Submitted Offers.5.Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Regulated In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 2 Of The Swz.
