Tenders Are Invited For Development Of A Comprehensive Design For The Arrangement Of The Permanent Exhibition Of Mykwa As Part Of The Task. Preservation Of The Heritage Of Jewish Culture In Oświęcim - Protection And Exhibition Of A Historic Wooden Mikveh

1) The Subject Of The Order, Which The Contractor Selected In The Procedure In Question Will Be Obliged To Perform, Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Development Of A Comprehensive Design For The Arrangement Of The Permanent Exhibition Of Mykwa And The Remaining Spaces Of The Exhibition Pavilion Building (In The Order Documents Referred To As: Design Or Development), In Accordance With The Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party. 2) The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Task Entitled: Preservation Of The Heritage Of Jewish Culture In Oświęcim - Protection And Exhibition Of A Historic Wooden Mikveh. Development Of Project Documentation. 3) The Study Should Include In Particular The Exhibition Design, Interior Design, Exhibition Furniture And Showcases Design, Exhibition Lighting Design, Multimedia And Graphic Elements Design, Visual Information Design And Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Exhibition. The Total Area Covered By The Study Is Approximately 500 M². 4) The Subject Of The Study Includes In Particular The Design Of The Arrangement Of The Permanent Exhibition Together With The Presentation Of Relics Of The Historic Wooden Mikveh, As Well As The Design Of The Arrangement Of Other Rooms In The Building, Including Educational, Office, Warehouse, Technical And Social Spaces And Communication Routes. 5) The Ordering Party Provides (As An Attachment To The Swz) A Document Titled: Preliminary Architectural Concept Of The Exhibition Building Of Discovered Relics Of The 18Th Century Mikveh Along With The Development Of The Area At Berka Joselewicza Street In Oświęcim. The Document Referred To In The Previous Sentence Is Auxiliary Material And One Of The Possible Bases For Implementing The Project. The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Directly Refer To The Solutions Presented Therein, Provided That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Indicated Document. 6) The Project Should Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Conservation Guidelines Contained In The Document Entitled: Program Of Conservation Works On Archaeological Relics Of A Wooden Mikveh Discovered Between Bulwary Street And Berka Joselewicza Street In Oświęcim. The Ordering Party Provides (As An Attachment To The Swz) The Document Referred To In The Previous Sentence. 7) The Design Should Be Made Taking Into Account The Properties Of The Facility Where The Exhibition Is To Be Located, Included In The Design Documentation Of The Exhibition Pavilion Building. 8) The Exhibition Pavilion Building Will Be Located In Oświęcim At Ul. Berek Joselewicza, On Plots No. 2217 And Partially 2214, 2219, 2220, 2770, 2771, 2772. 9) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Along With The Conditions Of Its Implementation And Settlement, Are Specified In The Contract Template Regarding The Subject Order - Annex To The Swz.
