The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Furniture Equipment For 3 Educational Units From The Rajcza Commune, Including School And Teacher Furniture, In Accordance With Detailed Regulations Regarding Safety And Hygiene In Educational Institutions (3 Part Tasks): 1) Part 1 - Primary School In Rajcza - Rajcza, Ul. Rynek 2 • Straight, 2-Person, Standard Student Tables - 8 Pieces;• Standard Teachers Desk With An Extension - 1 Piece;• School Chairs Size 6 - 16 Pieces;• Teachers Chair On Wheels With Height Adjustment - 1 Piece;• Set Of School Lockers - Set Length Of At Least 3 Meters, Consisting Of: Cabinet No. 1 - 2 Pieces; Cabinet No. 2 (Shelf With Cabinet) – 2 Pieces;Obligatory Requirements:A.Certificate Of Approval For Use In Educational Institutions - All Furniture Must Have Current Certificates Of Conformity Or Safety Certificates Issued By Certification Bodies Accredited By The Polish Center For Accreditation. B. Meeting Ergonomic Requirements - Furniture Must Be Adapted To Ergonomic Requirements, In Accordance With §9 Section 2 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education And Sport On Safety And Hygiene In Schools.C.Permanent Marking - Furniture Should Be Marked In A Permanent And Visible Manner, Containing The Size Number And Color Code In Accordance With The Polish Standard. D.The Ordering Party Requires That The Furniture Delivered Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Have Appropriate Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, Together With The Furniture, Complete Documentation Confirming Possession Of The Required Certificates.
