The Ordering Party Requires Settlements Based On Actual Energy Consumption, According To The Price Included In The Offer.4.The Given Amount Of Forecast Electricity Consumption Is An Estimate Used To Calculate The Offer Price. The Final Amount Will Result From The Actual Energy Consumption During The Contract Period. Pursuant To Art. 433 Point 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Determines The Minimum Amount Of Services Provided By The Parties (Guaranteed Collection Volume) At The Level Of 90% Of The Forecast Consumption.5.The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Compensation Or Financial Claims For Failure To Collect The Estimated Amount Of Electricity By The Ordering Party, Unless The Actual Consumption Does Not Fall Below The Guaranteed Minimum Amount.6.The Net Unit Price For The Purchase Of Electricity During The Term Of The Contract Is Unchanged, Except For Changes In Generally Applicable Legal Provisions. Then The Price Of Electricity Will Be Changed By The Amount Resulting From The Obligations Imposed By The Relevant Regulations, From The Date Of Their Entry Into Force. 7. Electricity Will Be Supplied Under The Terms Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Items 43, 516, 607, 900) And In Accordance With The Implementing Regulations Issued To This Act, In Particular The Customer Service Quality Standards Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of November 29, 2022 On The Method Of Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And The Method Of Settlement In Electricity Trade.8.The Subject Of The Order Has Established Quality Standards. The Quality Parameters Of Electricity In The Distribution Part Are Regulated By The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System.9.The Law Applicable To This Order And To The Contract Concluded As A Result Of These Proceedings And To The Assessment Of The Legal Effects Of All Documents In This Order Is Polish Law, Taking Into Account European Union Law.
