Tenders Are Invited For Providing Care Services And Their Organization For Beneficiaries Of The Social Services Center In Gogolin

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Ordinary Care Services And Their Organization For Beneficiaries Of The Cus In Gogolin From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028, At The Place Of Residence Or Stay, In The City And Commune Of Gogolin. Services Are Granted By Decisions Pursuant To Art. 50 Of The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 639, As Amended) And Performs In Accordance With Art. 50B Of This Act And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of August 4, 2026 On Care Services At The Place Of Residence (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1067). The Order Does Not Include Specialist Care Services Or Neighborhood Services.1A. Services Are Provided In Accordance With Individual Cus Orders, As A Rule On Business Days. The Contractor Ensures The Possibility Of Providing Services Also On Saturdays And Sundays, From 6:00 A.M. To 9:00 P.M., Depending On The Needs Of The Recipients And The Content Of The Orders. Preparing Meals, Assistance In Eating Them Or Feeding And Watering, Changing Body Position, Morning And Evening Toileting, Assistance In Using The Toilet And Sanitary Utensils, Changing Diapers And Sanitary Pads, And Assistance In Preparing And Taking Medications Are Provided At Various Times Of The Day, As Needed, 7 Days A Week From 6:00 A.M. To 9:00 P.M., Excluding Holidays. In Cases Justified By The Need To Provide Uninterrupted Services, Cus Also Commissions Them To Be Performed On Holidays. The Days, Hourly Ranges And Scope Of Services Are Determined By The Cus Order Based On An Administrative Decision. The Rate Per Person-Hour Is The Same Regardless Of The Day Of The Week And The Time The Service Is Provided, Including Sundays And Holidays.2. Care Services Are Provided To People Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Require The Help Of Third People And Are Deprived Of It.3. The Maximum Scope Of The Contract Is 14,880 Person-Hours Over A Period Of 24 Months (620 × 24). One Person-Hour Means 60 Minutes Of Actual Work By One Caregiver. The Figure Of 620 Person-Hours Per Month And Approximately 62 Beneficiaries Is Indicative; They Do Not Constitute A Monthly Guarantee Or A Monthly Limit. Orders Result From Decisions Awarding Services And Actual Needs, While Maintaining The Minimum Order Value And Financial Limits Specified In The Contract. The Pool Of 14,880 Person-Hours Also Includes The Work Of The Second Caregiver, Previously Approved By Cus.3A. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Ordering Of Services With A Total Value Of At Least 80% Of The Original Gross Offer Price, Calculated As 14,880 Man-Hours × The Offered Gross Rate For One Man-Hour. The Minimum Applies To The Value Of The Services Actually Performed, Calculated According To The Rates Applicable During The Period Of Their Performance, And The Entire Contract Period, And Not The Number Of People Or Hours In Individual Months.
