3.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Delivery Vehicle Adapted To Transport People.3.2.The Ordering Party Informs That The Subject Of The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts. Due To The Above, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 3.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To Swz.3.4.The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Equivalent Offers For Individual Items Of The Subject Of The Contract. An Equivalent Offer Is An Item With The Same Or Better Technical, Qualitative And Functional Parameters Meeting The Minimum Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Detailed Specification Together With The Offer, Which Will Clearly Show The Ordering Party That The Offered Product Range Has The Same Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters In Relation To The Product Range Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Informs That If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains Trademarks, An Equivalent Offer Is Considered To Be An Offer That Meets The Parameters Of The Individually Indicated Product Range Specified By Its Manufacturer.
