Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Aggregate For The Needs Of The Jeziorany Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Subsequent Delivery Of Road Aggregate For The Repair Of Roads Administered By The Jeziorany Commune, Hereinafter Referred To As Aggregate, The Detailed Description Of Which Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. 2. The Delivered Aggregate Must Comply With Applicable Standards And Be Intended For Road Applications. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Aggregate To The Jeziorany Commune And Unload It At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, On The Ordering Partys Working Days From Monday To Friday From 7:30 A.M. To 3:30 P.M., Using The Contractors Own Efforts And At The Contractors Expense. 4. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For Any Damage Occurring During The Transport And Unloading Of The Aggregate And For The Quality Of The Delivered Aggregate. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Adjust The Tonnage Of Means Of Transport To The Terrain Conditions, Travel Possibilities And Tonnage Restrictions For Each Road Category. When Selecting The Means Of Transport, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Need To Unload The Imported Aggregate. Cars Must Be Equipped With Tarpaulins To Ensure That The Aggregate Does Not Spill Out During Transport. 6. In Each Case When The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems In The Swz, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed And The Words Or Equivalent Apply.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Knowledge, Applicable Regulations, Standards And With Respect For Occupational Health And Safety Principles.
