Request for proposals for Restoration of Tulkarm Community Engagement Hub and Temporary Emergency Accommodation Tenderers must submit an implementation methodology and indicative schedule demonstrating completion of the Works within twelve (12) weeks, covering mobilization, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, transition to the new pumping system and handover. A mandatory site visit is required to participate in this tender.
