Request for Quotation for Provision for Managed Services for the Financial activities in DMT & Affiliates Bidding Opens on: 15 October 2026 Due on: 27 October 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: This project forms part of the efforts of the Department of Municipalities and Transport and its Affiliated Entities to strengthen the efficiency and reliability of financial and accounting operations, and to ensure their alignment with the leading practices and international standards adopted in the public sector. The project covers the performance of the monthly closing of accounts and accounting records on an accrual basis, thereby raising the quality of financial reporting and the accuracy of accounting data. It further covers institutional capacity building and the transfer of knowledge to the staff of the First Party, through the provision of qualified and specialised personnel to deliver the required services in accordance with the approved specifications and conditions applicable to the General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Assets and Treasury. The services are delivered as a managed service: the Service Provider is accountable for the outcome, accurate, complete and timely closings and not merely for the supply of personnel. This is a managed services engagement, not a lump-sum project and not the supply of temporary labour. The successful Bidder is appointed to a Blanket Agreement for an initial term of twelve (12) months, renewable at the Departments sole discretion. The Blanket Agreement establishes the terms; it does not of itself authorise any work.
