Work Detail
The Agreement Consists Of The Working Delivery And Subsequent Provision Of One Ucaas / Ccaas Solution, Including Maintenance And Support (From Now On Referred To As “The Ict Performance”). The Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of At Least 4 Years Plus The Implementation Phase. The Agreement Can Then Be Unilaterally Extended 3 More Times By The Client For A Maximum Period Of 2 Years Each Time. A Transition Extension Of 12 Months Will Subsequently Be Included. During This Transition Grant, A Notice Period Of 1 Month Applies. Cancellations Can Be Made On The 1St And 15Th Of The Month. The Effective Date Of The Agreement Is Expected To Be In Q1 2027.
