Due To The Expiry Of The Current Agreement, The Municipality Of Voorst Is Purchasing A New Saas It Solution For Civil Affairs Through A Public European Procedure. The Assignment Includes The Delivery, Implementation And Use Of An Integral Saas Solution, Including Conversion, Connections, Technical Management, Maintenance And Support. For This Purpose, The Municipality Enters Into One Agreement With One Contractor, Who Acts As A Central Point Of Contact Throughout The Entire Term. The Agreement Has An Initial Term Of Five Years And Can Be Extended Five Times By Two Years, Up To A Maximum Of Fifteen Years. The Intended Starting Date Is February 15, 2027 At The Latest. The Award Will Take Place On The Basis Of The Best Price-Quality Ratio, Where Price Counts For 20% And Quality For 80%.
