This Selection Guide Contains Information Regarding The Tender For The Construction Work (Including Demolition) And The Installation Work For The Realization Of The New Construction Project T Schylger Jouw In Midsland, Terschelling. The New Construction Of A Gymnasium Is Also Part Of The Assignment. The New Building To Be Realized Has A Total Size Of Approximately 2,350 M² Gross Floor Area And Will Accommodate The Secondary Education School T Schylger Jouw. The Gymnasium Has A Total Size Of Approximately 730 M² Gross Floor Area. The Realization Of The Work Has Been Divided Into Three Lots, Namely: ▪ Lot 1: Construction Work (Including Demolition Of Existing School) ▪ Lot 2: Electrical And Mechanical Engineering Work ▪ Lot 3: Construction And Installation Work Jointly. The Municipality Of Terschelling, Together With The Secondary Education (Vo) Institution On The Island, Intends To Realize A New Educational Institution In The Village Of Midsland.
