The Purpose Of The Order Is To Ensure The Timely Supply Of Safe And Quality Food Products Needed To Prepare Meals For The Children In The Kindergarten. The Specific Requirements For Products, Requests, Deliveries, Transport, Traceability, Acceptance, Control And Complaints Are Defined In The Technical Specification And Annex No. 1 Thereto.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Periodic Supply Of Food Products For The Needs Of The Yan Bibiyan Dg, Kardzhali, Upon Prior Written Requests Of The Contracting Authority.2. The Goal Is To Ensure Timely Supplies Of Safe And Quality Food Products Necessary For Preparing Meals For Children In The Kindergarten, Subject To The Applicable Requirements For Healthy Nutrition, Hygiene, Quality, Traceability, Packaging, Labeling, Transportation And Storage.3. The Order Is A Delivery Of Food Products. The Subject Does Not Include Preparation And Delivery Of Ready Meals, Catering Service Or Menu Preparation By The Contractor.4. The Nomenclature, Minimum Characteristics, Measurement Units And Estimated Quantities Of The Products Are Indicated In Appendix No. 1 And Are Reproduced Without Discrepancy In The Price Proposal.5. Estimated Quantities Do Not Bind The Employer To Declare Them In Full. Only The Quantities Actually Requested, Delivered And Accepted Are Paid At The Agreed Unit Prices And Up To The Maximum Value Of The Contract.
