Bids Are Invited For Ppta 344-26 Dfl 36 Purchase Of Medical Hours Service For The Pediatric Critical Patient Unit

The Objective Of This Proposal Is The Purchase Of Medical Hours Service Of Specialists And Doctors In Training For The Pediatric Critical Patient Unit, Of The Dr. Hernán Henríquez Aravena Hospital, In Order To Cover The Demand For Critical Care For Minors From Their First Year Of Life To 15 Years Of Age, And Minors Less Than One Month Old, With Respiratory Or Infectious Diseases That Require Isolation, Ensuring That They Receive The Treatment And Support They Need To Recover. It Should Be Noted That There Are Not Enough Professionals To Provide Coverage For This Care, Since Said Unit Operates Continuously 24/7 And Therefore The Development Of This Public Tender Is Essential, Considering The Potential Negative Impact That This Lack Of Service Could Generate On The Quality Of Life Of The Patients Who Require These Timely Care, The Purpose Of Which Is To Provide Protection To The Public Health Of Users.The Above Will Make It Possible To Address Existing Medical Coverage Gaps And Strengthen The Care Capacity Of The Pediatric Critical Patient Unit, Favoring Timely Access Of Users To Health Care, And Contributing To The Fulfillment Of The Hospitals Care Objectives And The Protection Of The Health Of The Beneficiary Population.The Service Will Be Carried Out In The Hospital Premises, In The Best Possible Conditions For Both Parties, As Detailed In These Administrative Bases And Technical Bases, And According To Quantities Defined In Annex No. 1. The Respective Contract Will Be Subject To The Provisions Of Decree With Force Of Law No. 36, Of July 10, 1980 Of The Ministry Of Health And Its Modifications Introduced By Law No. 18,417, Only With Respect To The Health Providers Who Exercise The Actions. Of Health That They Are Responsible For Executing.
