1.2.Purpose Of The Proposalthe Purpose Of This Bidding Process Is To Invite Interested Parties To Present Their Offers For The Contract Called “Acquisition Of Christmas Toys Year 2026”, In Accordance With The Conditions, Requirements And Specifications Established In These Administrative Bases And Technical Bases.The Tender Includes The Acquisition Of 14,000 Toys, Intended For Boys And Girls In The Commune Of Quinta Normal, Within The Framework Of The Institutional Program “Christmas Year 2026”.The Required Products Must Comply With The Following General Conditions:• Be New, Of Good Quality, Safe And Appropriate For The Ages And Characteristics Of Its Recipients.• Promote Learning, Creativity, Inclusion, Socialization And Healthy Entertainment.• Be Unisex And Non-Warlike.• Strictly Comply With The Provisions Of Supreme Decree No. 114 Of 2005 Of The Ministry Of Health, Which Approves The Regulation On Toy Safety, As Well As All Current Applicable Health, Environmental And Safety Regulations.To Prove Said Compliance, The Offeror Must Attach To Its Technical Proposal The Appropriate Background Information That Certifies It, Such As Certificates Of Conformity, Test Reports From Authorized Laboratories Or Technical Documentation From The Manufacturer/Importer, Which Will Be Required At The Time Of Presentation Of The Offer And Delivery Of Samples.The Detailed Characteristics Of The Required Products Are Described In The Technical Specifications, Which Form An Integral Part Of These Administrative Bases. Offerors Must Comply, At Least, With The Minimum Requirements Established There.
